Hello!

I made a few changes to the google docs for the rules, and I added a couple of plugins to the server.

I added RFMath and More Homes, but we had to remove the more homes because it had some pretty severe bugs that prevented full startup of the server, so we removed it.

The changes I made to the docs is every time it gets updated, the changes the be summarized at the top of the document.
